Main objective: To Increase the share of women in the forestry sector by 2030 by empowering, supporting and accompanying girls and young women to develop career paths in the forestry sector. ​

​Specific objective​s:

  1. To develop innovative career pathways for girls and young women.​

  2. To strengthen the capacity of forestry education institutions through mainstreaming of the gender perspective.​

  3. To facilitate the framework conditions for efficient involvement of women at different levels and stages in forestry organizations and relevant labour markets.
