Last week, the FORZA NGO team had an insightful visit to the SHIIK company in Mukachevo. Known for producing high-quality children's beds, SHIIK operates with a dedicated team of 21 employees. This visit was a part of our ongoing efforts to engage stakeholders in the development of the Danube Region Wood Industry Transformation Model towards Industry 4.0 (DRWO4.0).

Walking through the SHIIK facility, we were impressed by the blend of traditional craftsmanship and innovative practices. Meeting the team and understanding their processes was an enlightening experience, highlighting the potential for further integration of Industry 4.0 principles.

By engaging with stakeholders like SHIIK, we can better conceptualize strategies for the successful implementation of the DRWO4.0 project.
